1. Data Collection

Zemberek collects the following data to manage your watch collection:

• Watch information (brand, model, price, purchase date, etc.)
• Watch photos
• Daily wear records
• User identifier and email (if shared) obtained via Sign in with Apple

Data is stored locally on your device (SwiftData) and encrypted on our secure cloud server (Supabase).

2. Data Usage

Your data is only used for the following purposes:

• Viewing and managing your watch collection
• Tracking watch values and daily wear habits
• Cloud sync across your devices linked to your account
• Crash reports and basic anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics)

Your data is not used for advertising and is never shared with third-party ad networks.

3. Cloud Synchronization (Supabase)

Zemberek stores your data on Supabase infrastructure linked to your account, allowing you to access the same collection across multiple devices.

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted)
• Stored on disk-encrypted Supabase servers
• Server location: AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1), Germany — hosted within the European Union
• Each user can only access their own data (Row Level Security)
• Photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket

3a. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services:

• Sign in with Apple — authentication
• Supabase — data and photo storage
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports (anonymous technical logs)
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics
• Claude AI (Anthropic) — when optional watch image recognition is used, the image is processed temporarily and not retained

4. Camera and Gallery Access

The app requests the following permissions to add watch photos:

• Camera: To take new watch photos
• Photo Gallery: To select existing photos

These permissions are optional. If you deny camera or photo access, you will not be able to add photos or use the AI watch scanner; collection management and other core features will continue to work.

5. Data Security

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• The Supabase server is disk-encrypted
• Row Level Security ensures only you can access your data
• Secure authentication with Sign in with Apple
• We do not store passwords — authentication is managed by Apple

6. Your Rights

• You can delete your data at any time from within the app
• Settings → "Delete Account" permanently removes your account and all data
• You can manage notification and photo permissions from iOS Settings
