1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Zemberek application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License
Zemberek grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the application.
Permitted uses:
- Managing your personal watch collection
- Tracking your watch values
- Adding photos and documents
Prohibited uses:
- Reverse engineering the application
- Copying or distributing the application
- Using the application for commercial purposes
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
- Accuracy of information you enter
- Account security
- Backup (cloud sync is automatic)
- Lawful use
4. Disclaimer
Zemberek is provided "as is".
- Watch value estimates are for informational purposes only
- Actual market values may vary
- Does not constitute investment advice
- We are not responsible for data loss (backup is recommended)
5. User Content
Content you add to the application (photos, notes) belongs to you.
- We do not share your content with third parties
- Your content is stored on your device and on Supabase servers linked to your account
- Supabase servers are disk-encrypted
- You can delete your content at any time
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
- Important changes will be announced within the application
- Check the update date
- Continued use means acceptance of new terms
7. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time.
- Settings > Account > Delete Account
- All data on your device is deleted
- Your account, watches, and photos on Supabase are permanently deleted
- This action cannot be undone
8. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
